Sensitive data

The public form must not contain patient data, personal genomic data, health information, confidential files or professional secrets. No file is requested during this initial contact.

Purposes

Submitted information is used to review the request, contact you, clarify the need and, where relevant, prepare a proposal or quote.

Form transmission

When the form is submitted, the information entered is transmitted to process the request and make contact. Cloudflare infrastructure is used for the website and form processing, and Resend is used to deliver the notification to contact@ubseq.com.

Project data

If a collaboration requires scientific files, the transfer method, storage location, authorised access, retention period and deletion arrangements are defined before any transfer, according to the nature of the data and project constraints. Personal genomic or health data must not be sent by email or through the public form.

Retention, recipients and rights

This version does not use advertising cookies or third-party audience measurement. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect the form against automated submissions and processes only the technical data necessary for this security function.
